I’m not surprized it took a world pandemic to shut down gambling in Las Vegas and elsewhere….I couldn’t be happier that has happened…I’m just so sad it took this to shut down the devils playgrounds….I love being far away from any thoughts of gambling…too engaged in the moment now

Been awhile since I have checked in…Shame on me…Nothing should interfere with me staying gamble free…as a result…I gambled when feeling defeated by all my hard work…It was a quick slide…back on doing what I know works…Being human is alot of work….lol

First and foremost need to stop having any access to credit cards, cash, bank accounts…turn everything over to someone you trust.The addiction makes you not trustworthy right now…go to GA meetings…get a sponsor….take action….call a hotline. We all understand the gambling nightmare is all about…I stopped after 24 yrs…It can be done…There’s lots of support and good advice with this site and going to GA meetings…..They will show you the way out of your hell hole gambling digs us into…By coming here you have made your first steps towards changing your life…Welcome sister

Instead of giving in or up….reach out for help…no way can this addiction be mastered alone….I gambled for 24 straight yrs and only by me reaching out did I stop…I go to GA meetings, watch youtube on gambling, meditate, go for walks and make the necessary changes to my life so gambling remains in my past….along with shame, guilt, lying,…[Read more]
