Community 1 years, 7 months agoI am lost today. It seems like everything I thought was innocent but in reality it is my enemy. For example: food addiction – I’m a diabetic now. Playful betting- losing more money than I can count, being in denial and killing me slowly.

Yes I looked up meetings this morning, there isn’can’t by where I live. So I decided to do the call in meeting and talk to someone. In a month I will be moving and I did fine a few by the place I will be moving to. I agree I need help that is for sure. I have sold autos, not paid bills, and lied to gamble. Community 1 years, 7 months agoThis morning was the last time I gambled. And I haven’t slept all night, I keep thinking about trying to win money. Even though I already spent 1-2 of my bill money on Gambling.

I have been were you are many times over my gambling career.
Finally learned in recovery that there is never a big enough win for a compulsive gambler.
Hope you will find a gamblers anonymous meeting and some counseling.

Hi.I sure do no what that is like spending bill money and not getting sleep over gamb.I have 1 wk free of a bet today and i can remember someone in my GA mtg telling me each day is another chance.I sure do hope you are able to continue not to bet and get some sleep.
