Self exclude if that is applicable, GA meetings (they do work and I was sceptical), a therapist and these online forum chats and meetings. I do ALL that I mentioned. Commit to it and you’ll be surprised that the cravings/urges lessen in time and it doesn’t take that long for it to lessen.
