    Hi im new here. What are some tips that you guys have to stop gambling? I lost $200 tonight and $500 last night. I really need to stop and i hate myself for it

      I totally understand your pain, I am so far in debt from gambling I don’t know what to do I’m on my second bankruptcy from gambling. I really can’t offer any advice right now because I’m in the same boat you are in, I am going to continue to seek support and pray that I can stop.
