  • Remember, gambling is a losing proposition. Depression and anxiety make us want the dopamine rush of gambling. Your heart pumps, you are scared and excited.. will you win or lose? There are no recovery stories where someone won $100,000, put it in savings and didn’t give it back. Even if you won, you lost.
