Community 3 years, 2 months agoHi. I am an alcoholic who has now got to address my gambling problem. I have gone overboard with scratch tickets and anything else that gives me a rush. I hate it and hate myself AGAIN! I need help and today is the first day I have admitted it to myself and to you.

Hi. I am new to this and being in other recovery programs i am familiar with how they work so I am hoping i can get help on this addiction. I have been compulsive for over a year now and my last scratch ticket was 12/5/18. I need help please.
