Community 4 months agoTo you all! I am proud to say that after 1 year, I have been casino and gambling free! The thing that did it for me was to get an exclusion at the casinos. Let me tell you, it works!! I’m one that obeys the law and if I’m breaking the law by going there, something is wrong. JJ – I’m in the same boat and this time it’s to the point where it’s making me nauseous. I too need a change for the better. Holidays are coming up and I refuse to let this depress the hell out of me.

Community 2 years, 6 months agoNew to the group and quite disgusted with myself. I can’t believe I keep making the same mistake over and over again. This has got to stop. I have attempted going to meetings but I’m thinking this may be a better route and I’m hoping I can get some great advice and support. Thank you!

Hi Jimmy I am new here also. … we are not perfect. We just try our best everyday. So even if you have a few 1 days it will eventually will turn into a 2 days then 3. Days …. You will make it. Just one day at a time. Best wishes!!
