The Bible says that whatever a man sows, that is what he also will reap.
The person starting out in a negative habit scorns this verse. The person (Wilson Wisdom) at the end of his habit nods his head. He nods because that is exactly what happened.
Wilson Wisdom hears the story of ruin and he nods. He lost just about everything.
I will reap what I sow despite any silly thing that I believe.
This is why I constantly read the Bible. I don’t understand why God constantly writes against some of these things until it is too late.
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
Instead, repent, change, study the Bible, believe the Bible, avoid the destruction, and start down the road to a better life.
Durr. We have to remember that God did not write the Bible. The Bible, unless you a reading in Chronological order can really throw you off on certain verses. I was lucky enough to recoup all my losses. I closed accounts, and lifetime excluded myself from the main and only outlet I gambled on. I have been taking it day by day, because I put so much doubt in my husband’s mind, and heart. I am working this day by day. It’s getting better but I have a long time to go before being able to be proven worthy of trust and my finances. I had a stranger come up to me out of the blue and asked me last week if there was one thing you could go back and change what would it be? I was completely honest and told her what I had done, and yes wish I could back and erase the nightmare I caused and am still struggling emotionally. Depression, not feeling worthy of anything. Today is my birthday and I told everyone not to do anything for me and to please honor my wishes. Again, I just don’t feel worthy. The stranger that approached me quoted I believe it was James 4:8 ” Grow closer to God and He will draw closer to you”, and that is exactly what I will continue to do. I am Christian and I wandered astray from God. We have to remember if God doesn’t have us then Satan does. Well of course I choose God. Keep up your faith and keeping preaching the word. We all need to hear whether we think we do or not.
