If it’s online, you can download Gamban. I had the same problem, Gamban has definitely helped.

Community 1 months, 3 weeks agoI haven’t gambled in 10 days but woke up this morning with an urge to. I quickly changed my focus, but this feeling of this urge has spooked me for the rest of the day. I know it’s one day at a time.

Every day my day starts with an urge, I write “I am powerless over gambling as many times as needed. Then I write how my life was unmanageable while is action and how better it is without.

Community 1 months, 4 weeks agoI thought I could quit gambling on my own last year, I lasted maybe 4 months and hid it from my wife and continued to lie to her. I’m here for the first time reaching out

I understand fully, went the same route. Struggling with self forgiveness in the way I hurt her is the toughest for me. Very motivated to ensure that this was the last time. God’s will this time, not my own.

I installed Gamban and it locked my phone to where I couldn’t use it for anything and had to factory reset. How did you get yours to work for you?
