I had 250 and 80 AUD and gambled it well now i like to sat SPENT it
I had 20 AUD today and strangely i didnt gamble it
I use the bible to cope as i never found anything else helpful since 21 and i am 39 now

Community 5 years, 1 months agothank Ken L and tamalama fr ue input about the money minding and its been 3 days i gabe my $80 to someoneone. not someone im fond off. but maybe god sent this person to help me i am trying it. all i think is of the losses and how i always end up going back.

Thanku heasp 2 days now i handed over $80 dollars i had. its so hard the person is a romantic partner on and off it has been a bad relationshipthere is no one else and sometimes i feel he was sent for thisreason buti could just be wrrong….

Took me years to put down the shovel and ask for help.
Nearly cost me everything including my family home and job.
Considered ending my life but called GA turned my money over to my partner
found counseling and slowly my life turned around. Hope you will ask someone
to help you manage your money.

There is no shame in doing whatever you can to overcome addiction, and that includes asking someone for help. In fact it’s very brave. I self-excluded from my local casino and have been continuing to self-exclude from online sites as they appear in my inbox with offers. Don’t give up and just keep doing your best. God will take care of the rest.

I understand. I’m having to relearn the idea of fun. Not sure where you are from but suggest you see if there is any credit counseling where you live or if you attend Gamblers Anonymous meetings ask if they have a Pressure Relief Group. Stay strong and try not to let the addiction convince you that
you can win yourself out of debt.
