I am in the 12 step program it is a big help, I am a compulsive gambler, my last bet date was 8/10/18 I thank the high power for me getting my life back and G.A meeting are very helpful I still have the urge every down and then , but I still don’t gamble and I also learned in my recovery is you have to take it one day at a time. After gambling for21 years going from playing the casino to lottery!!!! I had band my self of the casino for 5 years! Then after the 5 years I unbanned myself. What didn’t realize is you can’t play no can of games after I had banned myself I still play the lottery, I should have went to G.A then but thought I had this , lottery is cheaper then the casino, but gambling is gambling and if you are a compulsive gambler you can’t play no games… so this being said we are powerless we need help you can’t do this by yourself I thought I could but needed help . And glad I did now I have a sponsor!!!! Take it one day at a time !!!
