Yes! That is the crazy thing! I just went again because of free play points. I’m driving to the casino knowing that every time I go I use up my free play and then get into any money I have. I swear it off and then, even though part of me feels physically sick, I still go thinking that I can do it this time. Win and leave. My daughter says, just don’t go! Sounds simple enough, right? How can I justify getting in my car and physically driving myself there?

Community 5 years agoWent to my first GA meeting since relapsing a few months ago. So grateful to have made it today without going to a casino and that people are there to show us they way at GA.

Gambling addiction is like chasing coke or something similar, or worse. I went to a ga meeting this morning, really great meeting. Was going to go to another tonight. Paid off my money tree loan.
