Sorry you had a slip. These things happen. I feel it’s part of the learning curve when in gambling (or any other addiction.) Personally I tried to use the experience to build a stronger recovery the next time. Have you attended Gamblers Anonymous or sought counselling. Please check what is available in your state or province. Some places offer free services.
