Hello Everyone, I had my slip after staying away from gambling… soo much regrets and beating myself up did not have much sleep. Ill be here more often to look for groups and start my recovery again and get serious about gambling problem again. Take care all and hope to see you all in the chat rooms or even posting messages.   Sorry about your slip. Every time I stop going to meetings and helping other gamblers, I eventually slip too. My only insurance from a slip is meetings and 12 step work and making sure I don’t have any resentments…if I do, I use the AA method to deal with them, looking at those people as spiritually sick, and I can’t be mad at someone who is sick
