Thanks … I should have mentioned I am getting counseling and will be starting “Intensive Outpatient” treatment for both the gambling and co-occurring disorders at the end of the month so that’s a positive. I swear my own head gets me into so much trouble, then manages to remind me how old I am, how much I’ve lost…. I am going to work on thinking in a more positive light. I tend to “default” to everything wrong and not the things I still have going for me.
