Hi Dayarising, I know how you feel. The feeling is terrible and I myself am starting my recovery again with gamtalk. You’re in the right place and you seeked help on you’re own. Keep coming back. God Bless.
The only thing that works, and has ever worked for me, is going to meetings and HELPING other gamblers. That is the only thing that has stopped me from gambling in the past and kept me clean. When I stop doing that, a slip comes eventually. After 20 years of trial and error, rehabs, and trying every trick to stop gambling, I accept that is the only thing that has worked. I have to be honest with myself.
