tomorrow is pay day. I was told to buy gift cards instead. i feel shame giving money to someone else. Im struggling to cope alot. what is everyones advice.i see the gambling cousnellor in two weeks she suggested bannong from 100 venues but i am not sure if banning is what i need as i have in the past and i didnt feel better. hope everyone is having a good day please

  Took me years to put down the shovel and ask for help.
  Nearly cost me everything including my family home and job.
  Considered ending my life but called GA turned my money over to my partner
  found counseling and slowly my life turned around. Hope you will ask someone
  to help you manage your money.

  There is no shame in doing whatever you can to overcome addiction, and that includes asking someone for help. In fact it’s very brave. I self-excluded from my local casino and have been continuing to self-exclude from online sites as they appear in my inbox with offers. Don’t give up and just keep doing your best. God will take care of the rest.
