Relapsed today after a few good weeks, and lost $2,500. Feel so down and horrible. I’m not sure why I do this to myself. It kills all the joy in my life and I don’t know why I do it. I don’t understand this cycle.
Sounds like me..i think it’s the thought of losing all our money stupidly and want a big win.. plus I think everything in life will be hard to replace the excitement of winning money
The cycle you mention is ‘doing it’ and then ‘hating when you do’… It does help to find another source of something to do… if you’re into building…or renovations .. or ? There’s a few of us that do painting… for me self-taught through watching videos online… Truth is though it takes motivation to make yourself follow through and ‘Do it’… You may not get the same excitement but if you put your mind to it.. you’ll maybe settle for a little less excitement in spending your money elsewhere… take care ..
