I gamble last night very sick and alone today

Jerry, this addiction really hurts…and one does feel alone .. We’re left looking at ourselves and really question why we do it… Just remember you’re not alone … Most of us have felt what you’re feeling now… Be kind to yourself… take care .. Lindy
I want to remind you that you are not alone. Whats done is done. All that we can do is choose how we act now, in this moment. Keep you head up.
