I’m screwed again. As soon as I have money, I gamble it away. I’m broke. I’m depressed. I feel hopeless.

  Self exclusion is a great way to stop or if online a bet blocker. I tried Gamban it works really well there’s bet blocker if you can get it too work on your phone that’s free I couldn’t get it too work on my phone
  Speaking with a councillor may help, ga meeting. Gambling is a very tuff addiction to beat. It is beatable and really the sooner you can stop the better. This site helps reading other people’s progress and struggles in common ❤️
