I just seem to continue to go back and I’m trying to stop. It’s hard to see a way out of debt I’ve dug myself into. Its like I think I’ll win the money back. I just want to stop but it’s hard to when I feel like it’s the way back out . Any suggestions on how to change my mind set ?

Spencer. Unfortunately the odds are against anyone who gambles. The casinos have technology that’s hard to beat. Probably worse than back in the day.
If you want to stop either self exclude yourself or install bet blocker. You choose the amount of time to stay away.
I lost a ridiculous amount of money hoping I could win back loses. It just didn’t happen. Seems even if a person wins it goes back because of trying to win more.
It’s a personal decision one has to find it within them selves. One person once said to me cut your losses and move on. They were actually right.
