I need some encouragement tonight at midnight (after work) to not convince myself that it’s ok to go to the casino. I know it won’t end well and I’ll be convincing myself on my way home from work that it will be fine.

  Don’t go Rachel! Begin recovery. Mark the date and commit to no gambling and talk therapy (on here if nowhere else). You will begin a new chapter. Remember.. gambling only ends badly! Take care!

    Gambling usually ends badly, sometimes ends in success. ….. that’s the problem

      I disagree. When you win, you lose. It gets its hooks in.
