I’m really struggling with gambling it’s effecting my life with my partner we have just had a good talk about it all I’ve just done GameStop which I’m hoping puts me on the right path it’s just been so hard keeping it all to myself

  Hi Michelle.
  That’s a great start installing Gamstop. It should really help.
  Nice that you can share with your husband.
  And it’s really good too speak with people that understand what kind of a pull gambling can have on a person.
  It doesn’t make a person bad. It’s a problem when recognized that can be over come.
  I was out of control for a time and have put myself in check. I’m taking this one day at a time that’s all I can promise myself.
  We’re all here too support each other. Reading posts here has helped me I know I’m not alone in my struggles.
