Hi Folks
If you don’t have any support groups / meetings in your area I have posted below some info to join GA telephone meetings.
You can connect and listen to folks share what is working for them and you don’t have to share if you don’t want to.
You can just listen. Our illness in my opinion is easer to arrest with the support of others.

  That sounds good but with where I live which isn’t the states. I think long distance charges might be crazy expensive.
