New here. Remorseful that I lost sleep last night playing online casino. I finally had a big win and compulsively and numbingly gambled it back. I suffer ptsd and this week is an another trauma anniversary. I feel tired, disappointed and confused. I never thought I had an addictive personality but find I’m more compulsive to numb emotional pain and thoughts. Anyhow hello.
