I’ve been a heavy gambler all my life prone to taking risks. The last 6 years of my life since I’ve turned 18 have been the hardest years. I have a Terrible addiction and i don’t know how to stop it. I find myself feeling helpless wishing I was never born. Idk how I’m gonna recover from this

Suggest you find a Gamblers Anonymous in your area as well as counseling.
