    Hello I’m James and I’m a compulsive gambler my last bet date 10/10/18

    I’m struggling with losing touch with my old self and don’t know what to do about re-inventing myself basically now that all my hobbies and pastimes good and bad are gone!

    Really worried I may have to start anti-depressants I sure hate to but I’m stuck in a horrible rut of self doubt and self loathing
