    This is my first time on here but I am really beating myself up about losing over $20,000 in money I saved. Though I’m not in debt and my bills are paid it still makes me sick to my stomach that I let this addiction bring so far down. Any ideas to help my self esteem?

      Welcome to Gamtalk. Glad you are reaching out for support.
      When you say you aren’t in debt key word is YET. This illness is very progressive.
      As for regaining your self-esteem may I suggest you find a GA meeting in your area and as well some counseling.
