suggest you find some counseling and see if you can find a Gamblers Anonymous in your area.

Hi hopless I register myself on gamestop it help me a lot to stop me gambling online etc hopefully that can help you as well I know it’s hard times at the moment because there not a lot to do at the moment you need to keep strong and try and keep busy to take your mind of it think I even used gamban it’s a mobile app that stops you doing it as well hopefully this will help if you use these
