Hello Everyone. Its been a rough couple of weeks. Just lost my whole pay cheque to a casino. Only 400$ but Feeling pretty bad about it. After I did that I shut down all my accounts. It feels like I’ll never be able to shake this addiction. I want to get help but I never want to because I think I have gotten better. I wish I knew what to do. I am disappointing everyone in my life and most of all myself. Please if anyone is willing to talk one on one with me I would be happy to talk about this.

Gambling is one of the most confusing, perplexing and misunderstood of all addictions because there is no substance involved.
