Activity

Today I will focus on the glow inside me that is starting to grow and let it make me feel good about myself. I have been here before. I need to beware that little glow does not numb the pain completely. I have seen this draw me back to “ok, I’m alright, maybe just a little”. No, no, no. I will not let it draw me in.
