Stayed away from gambling for 5 months. I thought I was cured and decided to go for my birthday. Big mistake! I lost over a thousand dollars in a short time. I have that hopeless feeling of anxiety and worry again. Why did I have to go back to this. I was better off celebrating my birthday at home with family. I hate myself all over again.
