I can not believe this is real as I go through each day not gambling, for so many years I prayed for me not to gamble probably 30 times a day and still I would gamble I was frustrated, sick, did nothing with my life that's all I thought about. But finally the time has come and gambling is out of my life. I do think about my past and gambling but only for a minute and then I make it go away. The past is gone and I can not change it so I will move on in a postive direction in life and leave the past behind. I wish for everyone that gambles that day to come.

Go Dena! Really glad to hear things are going well. It's also good that you acknowledge that gambling thoughts still crop up, but the important thing is that you deal with it and move on. What would you say has helped most in getting to where you are now? What advice would you give to others about dealing with those temptations?
