This is the place to start on the GamTalk forum. Say “Hi” to everyone and maybe say what you want to get out of the forum. Please keep your intro brief and then move on to another area to tell your full story, start a progress diary etc.

Tell us any ideas or comments you have about the chatroom. To enter the chatroom go to the "chat" link on the bar at the top of the forum. Eventually we will publish a schedule of chat sessions here

If you are experiencing problems with gambling then this is the place to talk to others about your issues, and to share strategies and ideas for recovery.

This is where you can record your progress and share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Where you started from, where you are now, and where you want to be.

For any GA members or people interested in GA to discuss specific GA related issues

Are you concerned about a partner, family member or a friend? Share your experiences here and ask others how they cope.

For those who don't want to quit gambling, this area is for sharing your tips on staying in control, sticking to a limit, knowing when to quit etc.

A place to talk about something else, the weather, write poems, word games, recipes, photo competitions etc. You name it. Just no gambling talk here please cos sometimes folks need to talk about something else.
